- Conduct face-to-face presentations to potential customers to schedule appointments for solar consultations.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns about solar products and services.
- Meet and exceed monthly appointment scheduling targets to contribute to the overall sales goals.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize appointment scheduling and customer engagement strategies.
- 2+ years of experience in cold calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- High School diploma; Some college is a plus.
