Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist in coordinating and maintaining schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
  • Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain digital records and documents for easy retrieval.
  • Email Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage professional email communication on behalf of team members.
  • Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting summaries.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update information into databases and generate reports as needed.
  • Research & Coordination: Conduct online research for special projects and assist with organizing team initiatives.
  • Communication Support: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as required.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
