Administrative Assistant Inter
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Assist in coordinating and maintaining schedules, meetings, and appointments for team members.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and maintain digital records and documents for easy retrieval.
- Email Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage professional email communication on behalf of team members.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute meeting summaries.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Input and update information into databases and generate reports as needed.
- Research & Coordination: Conduct online research for special projects and assist with organizing team initiatives.
- Communication Support: Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Support the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
