Sales Representative | Kansas City, MO | Full-Time

Bradford Agency is a recruiting and staffing agency partnering with a growing Kansas City-area sales team to hire a Sales Representative. This is an immediate opening. Paid training is included, and no sales background is needed.

About the Role
This is a full-time, in-person outside sales position built around talking with people face to face. You will introduce customers to home connectivity products and mobile services from a well-known national provider. There are no call center shifts and no cold calling. Your day is spent having honest conversations with customers.

• Connect with customers in person and learn what they need
• Explain products and services in a simple, easygoing way
• Earn trust through straightforward, genuine conversation
• Work toward daily and weekly goals alongside your team
• Represent a respected national brand with professionalism

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing, and good with people
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Willing to learn, with full paid training from day one
• No previous sales experience required

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay starts at $1,000 per week, plus commission potential
• Paid training from day one
• Monday through Friday, full-time schedule
• Room for advancement as you grow in the role
